In a Fusion Hatha Yoga class, you do various yoga positions together with breathing techniques and mindfulness. The class is perfect for those who want to develop more skills but yet in any level you can participate and expand your limits. You will be guided into the positions and hold them somewhat longer than in other dynamic yoga styles. This is a form of yoga that gives you time and space to get to know the yoga positions and your own body well. Hatha Yoga is a class that makes you more flexible and stronger throughout your body. To participate in the class, you must bring your own yoga mat.

Implementation In a Hatha Yoga class, we start with a focus on the breath. The class starts with classical breathing exercises (pranayama) or a guided meditation. Furthermore, we will warm up with classic sun salutations. Once the body has been warmed up, you will now do classic standing positions. In Hatha yoga, we can hold the position for a long time, and there is a focus on strength and focus so that you can stay in the position. We then continue with sitting positions. Positions where you bend forward, positions that stretch the legs, hamstrings, calves and back. There will also be exercises with seated twists, which increase movement in the back and increase circulation. In this class, we do the yoga exercises at the same time, but the instructor also provides modifications to the various exercises, so that you can adapt to your body. The instructor stands at the front of the room and shows the exercises. The instructor can also walk around the room and make adjustments when we are in the yoga positions. If there is something you do not want, you tell the instructor. In our 90-minute classes, a breathing exercise will also be included at the end of the class. All Hatha Yoga classes end with a lying down relaxation. Hatha Yoga is a class where the teacher follows the framework of classical yoga. The instructors can come from different directions within classical yoga, so you will experience that the classes can be different in terms of the choice of positions. Hot Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as meridians in Chinese medicine and as nadis in Hatha yoga.

Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Hot Yin &Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures.

Yin and Yang are the Taoist concepts which describe the two relative qualities present in everything. Yin is more internal, passive, cooling and downward. Yang is more external, dynamic, warming and upward.

When these terms are applied in yoga, Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer. It works on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang Yoga, in contrast, refers to a more active practice. This works on the (Yang) muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility. Yang styles of yoga are those with rhythm and repetition like Vinyasa Flow.

Flying yoga or aerial yoga was developed by Michelle Dortignac in 2006, using a combination of traditional yoga poses, pilates, and dance with the use of a hammock.
In an aerial yoga class, you perform the same poses you do on yoga mat, except you use a silk hammock that's suspended from the ceiling as a prop to support you through the various flows. The purpose of the hammock is to help you improve flexibility and build strength, while allowing you to do more challenging poses without added pressure on your shoulders, spine, or head.

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. If you take a restorative class, you may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures over the course of an hour.

Restorative yoga is a completely different experience than most other styles of yoga.

Restorative yoga is suitable for practitioners of all levels. By definition, restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly.

When the body enters a state of relaxation the mind can also consciously relax as tension is released from both body and mind. The only work that's required on your part during a restorative yoga practice is to pay attention to your breath and become aware of any sensations or thoughts that may arise.
